MAKO Foundation Supports our Makos!

The MAKO Educational Foundation is a group of parent volunteers who support Vista Del Mar Elementary and Middle Schools.  Through various fundraising opportunities we work to provide programs and facility enhancements that would otherwise go unfunded.  We love creating a community through the Monster Mash, MAKO Masters golf event and MAKO Challenge.  When you walk onto our campus you will see how the MAKO Foundation benefits your child in the following ways:

  • School Wide Mounted Projectors
  • Video Security System Campus Wide
  • Raptor Security System for volunteers and parents
  • VISTA DEL MAR ELEMENTARY – Google Chrome Books, STEAM Focused Programs and Supplies, Expanded Playground, State of the art computer lab, School Librarian, Music Program, New Writing Program for all grades
  • VISTA DEL MAR MIDDLE SCHOOL – Google Chrome Books, Library Computers, New Computer Graphics Computers, Survivor Book Club, SRLA, Robotics Program, 3D Printer, Music Instruments and Activities

The Foundation’s mission statement is Maximizing Academics, Knowledge, and Opportunity for all the MAKOS at Vista del Mar.  We will continue to support the critically important areas of academics, art, music, physical education programs and safety of our MAKOS.  This is not possible without the support of our amazing parents and staff.  Thank you for making these goals a reality.
